A surprise appearance at her husband Junichi Inamoto’s retirement press conference
–In December 2024, my husband Junichi Inamoto retired from active duty. I heard that Ms. Tanaka made a surprise appearance at his retirement press conference and handed him a bouquet of flowers along with their child. Miho Tanaka (hereafter, Tanaka) I’m glad I didn’t make a special appearance (laughs). (laughs) — I see that you did. Tanaka I thought he would be happy to receive flowers from his son, but in the end he asked me, “Please attend the event, too, Ms. Tanaka. I was like, “Oh, for real? It was his retirement press conference, so I thought it would be wrong for me to attend. Tanaka For a moment I thought about posting it on my Instagram Stories, but then I thought back, “No, I don’t think the fans would want anything from me” (laughs). He was the one who retired, and I was the one who said “good job” at home, so I thought, “Is it okay if my wife doesn’t want to be in front?” I thought.
