In response to my question, Himekawa began to speak in a calm tone. It all started when she was mentally unstable and frequently contacted Mr. Yoshida for advice, unaware that he was married. Yoshida’s ex-wife misunderstood his words and mentioned Himekawa’s name in X, which led to the spread of suspicions. She said, “I received a lot of DMs from a totally unknown third party saying, ‘I was having an affair with Gou Yoshida. And there were also rumors that the artist I was dating at the time and I were married, so it was called like a double affair.” Himekawa clearly denied having an affair in X. Later, Yoshida divorced his wife, and now he talks about the situation at the time in his distribution and other media, which has resolved the suspicions. This story alone is too unreasonable in the context of a normal life, but the life she describes is even more tumultuous.
Just as her career in show business seemed to be going well…
Himekawa was born in Kyoto into a family of businessmen who ran a hospital, welfare facility, and dance school. When she was in junior high school, she moved to Tokyo to devote herself to rhythmic gymnastics. She says, “I originally wanted to be a ballerina, but my rhythmic gymnastics coach invited me to join. I competed in a national competition when I was in junior high school, but a fatigue fracture prevented me from rhythmic gymnastics. When she participated in a dance competition, she was approached by a modeling agency that saw her. A month later, she appeared on TV Tokyo’s “Dream Creator,” a TV program. One month later, she appeared on TV Tokyo’s TV program “Dream Creator” and became a member of the idol group “Jeunesse☆Princess” formed by five of the show’s performers. I didn’t think idols would be able to continue for long,” she said. But the group had a good turnout and momentum. I had a vague idea that I would be able to continue working in the entertainment industry, whether as a model or an actress, even after I quit idoling in the future. However, her fate took a dark turn when a producer/manager appeared in her junior year of high school. That manager started obsessing over me. When I was shaking hands at events, he would get angry at me for being ‘too close to the fans,’ and when I was talking to people in the business, he would suspect that I was having sex with them. If I was on the phone with my cousin, he would start saying things like, ‘You were probably on the phone with a guy.'”
