NHK Taiga Drama “Belabo – Tsutaje Eika no Yume Banashi” (NHK Sogo, Sundays at 8 p.m., etc.) is currently airing. Takizawa Tsuyokichi was treated as Tsutaya’s handmaiden in the 40th episode “The Fountain of Greed” aired on October 19 . The exchange between Tsutaju, Tei, and Tsuyo about his “certain remark” that did not read the atmosphere has become a hot topic on SNS and other social media. *The following contains spoilers for the 40th episode.
Tsutajige resumes his business after being sentenced to half his salary and visits Kyoden (Masayuki Furukawa) (Yudai Furukawa) to ask him to write a book for him. There, Tsutajige is asked by his wife Kiku (Futo Mochimi) to take care of Takizawa Tsuyakichi (Kenjiro Tsuda). Tsutajige puts him in his store as his deputy, but Sachikichi gets into a fight with his apprentice Haruaki Katsukawa (Tomoya Maeno), who has been brought in by Haruaki Katsukawa (Kukki!). (Kukki!), an apprentice brought in by Harusho Katsukawa (Tomoya Maeno), and they get into a fight. Tsutajige also got an idea for a large head painting of a woman from a picture of Kiyo drawn by Utamaro (Sometani Shota), and went to Tochigi to meet Utamaro….
Tsutajige visited Tochigi and managed to persuade Utamaro to return to Edo and draw a “big head picture” for him. Then came the final stage of the drama. At Tsutaya, while Tsutaju and his wife Tei were all present, Takizawa Tsuyokichi (later Kyokutei Bakin), who had been assigned as his assistant, was getting his hair done by Tsutaju’s mother Tsuyo, who was skilled in the art of hairdressing. Tsutaju’s wife, Tei, asked him, “Are you a mannish woman? Uta-san? she opened her mouth.
Tsutajige’s wife, Tei, looked at her with dismay and said, “Nanshoku no ai? I’m a manly man. I’ve seen many such men,” he continued with a confident expression. Tsuyo listened with a smile for a while. Tsuyo’s expression suddenly changed and she tightened the topknot. The pain caused her to say, “Ada-da! What are you doing, Obaba? from the pain. Tsutajige, who was writing, stopped writing once but returned to his work with a look of dismay on his face.
Takizawa Tsuyokichi was a newcomer to the series. He later became Kyokutei Bakin, one of the most famous playwrights in Edo period, but in the drama, he started working at Tsutaya as a deputy. One day, Tsutaya was a bit strange because of something that Takizawa said, but Tsutajige did not seem to mind…. Viewers who saw the exchange commented, “Tsuyo-san understands Utamaro’s feelings so painfully. Utamaro wants to seal his feelings for Tsutajige, and Tsutajige wants to continue their relationship as before. The most important thing to remember is that the best way to get the most out of your money is to make sure that you are getting the most out of your time with your family. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to have a “manly” relationship, but I’m sure it’s a good idea to have a “manly” relationship. I knew it (viewers & Tsuyo). The main character in the 64th historical drama, “Bebo – Tsutaju Eika No Yume Banashi” is Tsutaya Shigezaburo, aka “Tsutaju,” who became the “Media King of Edo” and the darling of the times. Tsutaju is played by Ryusei Yokohama in his first appearance in an NHK drama. The script is written by Yoshiko Morishita, who also wrote the TV drama series “Gochisousan” and the historical drama “Onnajoshu Naotora”. The story is narrated by Haruka Ayase as Kurosuke Inari, a Yoshiwara woman who watches over Tsutajige and others.
